Front camera problem

[Android Question]

I have a motorola Electrify. I have U.S. Cellular as a carrier, and whenever i click to switch to my front camera on any app, wether it be camera, or snapchat, ect... my screen goes black and says to visit this site and force close the app and try again. I have tried it over ten times, I have even tried deleting the apps and re downloading them and none of it worked so I gave in and am asking for help.

You need to file a Repair Request (RMA) w/MOTOROLA,as this is a known issue,apparently acknowledged by MOTOROLA as such.
Looks like you're eligible for a replacement handset.Even if you're out of warranty,give it a shot,as this is apparently due to a manufacturing defect.

Lots can be said regarding MOTOROLA,good/bad & otherwise.
FWIW,my experience w/MOTO standing behind their products has been top-notch,other manufacturers would do well to emulate.
