According to this Bell Samsung Vibrant Android 2.2 Froyo Roll-out Begins Froyo 2.2 is now shipping for the Samsung Galaxy S at Bell Mobility in Canada. Of course I just upgraded to 2.2.1 because I got tired of waiting.

I really like the new keyboard with the numbers along the top qwerty keys. And I'm not sure if the feature was present before, but if you hold down the period key [.] you get a lot of choices like comma, apostrophy, dash, smiles, etc.
Nice splash of colour for the Settings icons... phone feels a little bit snappier too.
