Froyo comes preinstalled on most galaxy mini's, which are updatable to Gingerbread. Have you updated to Gingerbread and want to downgrade? Or flashed a custom rom etc? Anyway, you should be able to find the stock ROM from here. SamMobile Firmware Page

hey... most of the samsung handset comes only with Android Froyo and you can update it to Gingerbread with the Help of Samsung Kies or Odin.
