Frozen Duos ,Emergency Help Please

Greetings all have a Galaxy note Grand Duos, and it will not turn on even as Batt & sim was removed and re installed .screen shows only a blacked out batt image when charge cable is attached,FRANTIC HAVE FAMILY MEMBER TO PICK
UP & THEY have no way to let me know what time or even day for pick up,no other way to contact,,HELP Thanks
