Help frp lock on phone

I need some help
im trying to repair my samsung galaxy j7 prime but i cant use odin since i only have a chromebook. the phone has a frp lock on it.
how do i remove it and access the phone?

FRP lock is asking for it right? It says enter your email. Enter it and then press next, then your password.

nope it isnt. the only way for me to start it up is to plug it it
all i see is custom binary blocked by frp lock and a black flashing (every 4 sec) screen with a battery, in the center is a lightning bolt
