Frustrated HTC User!

Hi,
I'm Mark and the reason that I'm here is because my current phone, the HTC Desire, is my first android phone.
Another reason is because I have so many problems with the phone, I am hoping that you kind people will be able to help me out now and then. I will of course look to reciprocate if I have answers to any of the community's problems.
