Help frustrated,

I uninstalled google play services, how can i get it back now that i cant enter my app store?

Are you sure you just didn't disable it?
Play Services is a /system app. oops, my bad, perhaps it can be downloaded.
What device do you have?
Go to application manager, slide right to "disabled" and look there to see if perhaps it isn't disabled

Edit: perhaps it can be sideloaded? lemme look....

Thanks EM....does the version of PlayServices matter?
The reason I ask, is I found this:

Same thing on my link and it does matter.

When in doubt, go universal, pre or post Lollipop.
