[FS/FT] HTC Evo 3D + Accessories - Trade for Photon 4G

I am looking to sell/trade my Rooted HTC Evo 3D for Sprint (S-OFF, TWRP Recovery, Superuser). This phone is sweet, but am looking to try the Photon 4G. Here is what it includes:

-HTC Evo 3D (original was replaced by Sprint because of data connectivity issues)
-Original box (# doesn't match the phone because I got a replacement)
-All original contents
-8GB microSD card
-USB Cord
-Wall Charger
-Paperwork
-Zagg Invisible Shield Screen Protector (already on)
-HTC OEM Silicone Case (Blue)
-TPUcases.com Matte TPU Case (Smoke)

I did buy this off CraigsList and Sprint was willing to replace it because the phone hadn't even been out for 30 days, so they knew it was within the original 30 days. Sprint guy also told me it was new and he knew because it was still in the original packaging when we opened it (he seemed surprised). I'm looking to get around $350 (OBO) for this phone. It has had a screen protector and case on it since day one. No scratches or anything anywhere on this phone.
