Full Facebook page, not mobile FB app Question

I have an HTC Eris, so I know it's not the fastest android on the market, but I have an issue when I view the Facebook page using a browers window. I can never seem to navigate around facebook properly. I hit the home button and it refreshes but goes no where, sometimes when I hit a link it will switch over to the mobile site etc.

Has anyone had this issue? And if so, any fixes?

i think you have to switch user agent to desktop
