For some reason beyond my comprehension I'm unable to go to full screen on visual media such as YouTube Netflix etc even though I was initially able to do so. When I touch the screen the arrows pointing outward do not appear at all. What am I doing wrong?

It's now been replaced with pinch to zoom or pinch to fit. You have to put your fingers in the middle of the screen then spread video outward to fit. What I notice is ALL videos don't zoom out, so I guess it's just how the video was formatted.

Don't know about Netflix but YouTube doesn't need pinch to zoom, it should go full screen when you turn your phone to landscape.

Ah got ya. After you've turned the screen and it's not quite full screen. Yeah you need to pinch to zoom.
