Help Full screen

Im planning to get a defy but the only thing that bothers me is that the screen is not full when you're browsing pictures and watching videos.

It only takes a part of the screen mostly likely in a square shape form instead of the entire screen.

Can you solve this by replacing the player or some apps?

If the video or picture is in 16:9 format it will fully fit the screen.

i mean if youre using the phone camera to take pictures and record video, because the screen is not full when using those.

Or is there an option in the phone where you can configure it?

OK , just tried it , the built in camera/video software records the videos and photo`s are recorded in 4:3 format, so they do not fit the screen fully, you get back bars on the left and right side of the 16:9 screen.

Thought, you might be able to download third part software that will record in 16:9 so it will fit the screen 100%

Does "pinch and zoom" not work for you?

well that could work somehow when viewing pictures but not in watching videos
