Fully standalone and programmable smartwatch

Hello guys!

I'm looking for a smartwatch device that can be fully customizable.

In particular:
- Fully standalone that doesn't require an external smartphone;
- A WiFi connection;
- Possibility to programm app for this device, without using custom building apps, but writing code for custom applications.

I've found some watches that able to do that, but unfortunatly they are not standalone. Some with wifi connectivity, but used to just get updates from smartphone without custom apps possibility.

Price doesn't matter, branded watch is preferred.

Any advice?

There are smart-watches that are basically full-blown Android devices in their own right, and don't depend on a supporting phone. However all the ones I know are Chinese cheapo, usually only sold online and imported from China. And many of them are really quite grim and NOT recommended.

For an Android smart-watch I guess you'd need Android development tools for building your own custom apps, things like Android Studio.

For branded smart-watches, I think it's basically down to Android Wear which AFAIK do depend on a supporting phone or something, Samsung Tizen which require Samsung phones to get the most out of them, Apple Watch...
...and that's pretty much it.

EDIT:

I did just find this...

Which is apparently a Linux OS with QT for installing on certain branded smart-watches, like Asus, LG, Sony, etc....and looks to be completely customizable and do what you like with it.
