Funeral "Home" vs. Hospital "Home"

If you had to choose one, would you live in a former funeral home or a former hospital?

A funeral home near me was sold to developers who will turn it into condos (it's in a highly desirable area). Would you live there? ;)

BTW, why would a funeral home be haunted? The people didn't actually die there.

lunatic59's comment caused me to think, something which those seeking to cause injury to me in the past may have accused me of not doing.

A former hospital, converted into an "apartment" building, would indeed be a place where virtually innumerable numbers of people(souls) have suffered and died. Indeed, plenty of "victims" of all manner of death(murder, airplane crash, car accident, snake bite, jelly fish sting, running with bulls*, listened to an exceptionally bad joke, etcetera) would have died in that environment as well.

In fact, the hospital, likely, would also be equipped with a morgue that, probably, more cadavers(aka dead people) were, for varying lengths of time, "stored" in than most funeral homes. http://articles.chicagotribune.com/1998-12-20/business/9812200051_1_lofts-phase-bedroom

I worked in a healthcare facility where, occasionally, the ladies would talk about the person that died in a particular, frequently used, "room".

I choose funeral home because people remember the hospital as a place for their or their families place of suffering.
Where as the funeral home is the place where you pass through after the actual "dying " is done.

but to be honest, if there was a third choice " i dont care. Either is fine as long as the house is cool" i would choose the 3rd option. :)
