Help Funny symbol has appeared - can't seem to get rid...

Hi

A symbol has mysteriously appeared at the top of my GF's S3 (see attached screenshot).

How can we get rid of this ?

Notification disabled. Pull the drop down menu and click on the "Notification" toggle to get rid of that icon.

Even without viewing the image I know what this is. It gets asked every day.

In the notification area are a series of toggle switches. Toggle notifications back on.
