Help Fusion V2 S5 theme aborted??

hi friends, i have an issue about Fusion V2 S5 theme(v2) rom .i have install many roms in my phone but this time my installation aborted i dont know why . it may be because of my recovery mod but i already using the cwm 6.0.4.5 .i used this cwm to install lollipop ram and it works fine .any suggestion what i can do........
