It was working fine for as long as ive had it. Then all of a sudden while moving files from internal to external it started denying access. And it wont stop. Why?

Try a different SD card and see if you get the same result. I am currently looking at a perhaps similar problem and have swapped in a different card. It is too early to tell if it was solved.
You could also try simply reseating the current SD card and see if that solves it.
