G1 and Email IMAP Issues

Just wondering if anyone has set up IMAP with there email. (Not Gmail)

Gmail works fine on the phone, however i have also set up my normal domain email to work with the phone.

Although i can receive email fine, and send email okay. I notice, that when i look on the server, the messages are shown as read but not replied to. Also if i delete a message on the G1, it is not reflected on the server.

Anyone with similar issues?

I have a problem with G1 for my imap accounts. It doesnt really SYNC between the device and mail server to remove the messages. I deleted them from the devices and still showing old messages on my mail server/webmail. G1 email need to improve with more settings for mail to remove messages instantly whenever I choose to use G1

I am using IMAP and I have tons of problems. Deleted messages pop back up in a few minutes. The application crashes on large attachments. Folder moves to not stick. Getting frustrating
