G1 or BH2?

hi, i have searched but cant find this thread so i will ask.

i have the G1 at the moment and have had it for 13 months and i ca not get the N1 as you have to be 22 months in to your 24 month contract to get it at the full discount.

the only other phone i see that's pretty good at t-mob is the BH2.. i like the Cliq but something it just saying it is not that great of an upgrade over the G1.

i also cant see anything that's majorly better on the BH2 either..

any ideas on what i should upgrade to?
 
I think since its so early in the year it might be cost-effective to maybe just hold out a little longer and see what else pops up. Its only March and there could be several other options say 6 months down the road that surpass what we've seen thus far. Just a thought - I really liked my G1 when I had it.

i was hoping the experia x10 would come out on tmobile, funny how everyone there seems to never of heard of it before tho....

It's the one that was supposed to come out months ago. 4-inch screen, running a custom UI on top of Android 1.6. SE claims it'll get updated to 2.0/2.1 later, but getting a phone running 1.6 out of the box in 2010 seems like being shafted, IMO. It's also very, veeery expensive:

379? thats not bad, i had to pay over 300 for my G1!

my G1 is so slow now and makes me wanna smash it at times!

Yes, but I bet you paid over 300 for an unsubsidized, unlocked phone without a contract. The X10 might cost you 379 subsidized and tied to a two-year contract; the full price may be as high as $879. Almost enough to buy two phones.

no, i got it as an upgrade and contract extension..
