It was brought to my attention yesterday that the G1 isn't as smart as it should be. My brother was usin' his BT headset while the phone was chargin'. It suddenly cut off. He thought somethin' went wrong with the phone ...

Little did he know, that while on the headset and chargin' ... the G1 wasn't smart enough to continue to charge the phone, thus renderin' it dead and nearly givin' him heart complications.

So yeah, watch out for that ... or even better, give it a test run and see how it works for you.

Works great for me so far. I haven't tried that yet though. Maybe I will tonight and post my experience.

I was actually using my phone for about 2-3 hours last night with my Jawbone headset while the phone was charging and did not have these problems.

BTW from what I hear this is being fixed in RC29.
