G2 questions

O.K., I don't understand. People are saying that the release of the G2 is going to be this march or at least sometime in the very near future. If this phone REALLY does get released in March, will we (people who currently own a G1) be able to switch for free or at least be able to get a discount or something to buy the G2?

Your probably be able to get some kind of dicount like the iphone but you will still be able to get the same features if they come out with new software
