G2X, Sensation 4G, or wait?

I am looking to get a 4G android phone from Tmo, as my contract is up and Im renewing it for the 99/mo 2 line family plan. Should I grab a HSPA 21+ phone, or wait for the 41s? Which phone should I go with? I know there are two phones coming in late oct (hercules and ruby). Should I wait for those?

It depends on your needs I suppose.

All those phones you mentioned are beasts and I am sure would make you happy. I personally rock a mytouch4g and love it and even looked at the Sensation and G2X. I am not big on LG, so that ruled out the G2X and I couldnt justify the price point on contract for the Sensation.

The Ruby and Herc are something else. I imagine the Herc should be right around the corner as they are out in some stores now. Dont know much about the Ruby aka the amaze, but hear it will be something else.

This is the first I've heard of the Amaze. I'd take it or the Hercules. They seem a toss-up, but I'd make my decision after trying one out in a store near enough to a tower to give it a decent test. Both are reported to be HSPA+ 42, which is enabled in my city. I wish T-Mobile would finally post arrival dates for these phones.

Pricing and availability
The Amaze 4G costs $259.99 with a new, two-year contract and is available in stores starting October 12, but you can get it on T-Mobile's Web site on October 10.
