Help Galaxy 3 internal calendar

Where I can find the internal calendar on my Galaxy 3? I have a calander listed but I select it, it requires setting up a google account and synch it. I don't want that and I need only a simple calendar.

Google Calendar would sync to your internal calendar. Your internal calendar is the one you have on the phone, I believe it shows up under the calendar application->menu->settings. You would have to sync to your phone using Kies, which I personally hate, which is why I sync through Google Calendar nowadays. So much simpler.

Nope, no calendar in settings menu. And I don't need any syncing, I just need to check e.g. what weekday is March 5, 2011. In my previous phone this was no problem.
