Galaxy 7 on fire!

Hi all, I have a new S7 and when I use it for more than a few minutes it feels so hot, it's tough to hold.
It also seems to not keep a charge well. Typical Samsung.

Also, is the adaptive fast charger they give you, good to use all the time? I read that fast charging will kill a phone within a year!?

Your "typical samsung" quip couldn't be further from reality. If it's hot to the touch after a few minutes usage and can't keep a charge, there is either an app conflict or another software problem. What does your battery usage information tell you? What's using the battery the most? While it is entirely possible there is a hardware issue, it's unlikely. Also, you say you have a "new" phone... was it bought at a store as factory new, or is it just "new" to you (bought used, as it were)?
