Help galaxy ace has multiple ip addresses

This lady in the company where I work has a galaxy ace and recently it began causing IP address conflicts as from network scans, it shows up with a normal dhcp server given address as well as an address of one of our servers which uses a static address out of the dhcp range. I tried virus scans, going through the phone settings in detail but I found nothing that helped. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Could be your router is acting funky, and has given it the IP address of another device on the network, the static one. That can sometimes happen, and certainly can cause a conflict. Try resetting or rebooting it.
