Help galaxy ace noob, touchscreen sensitivity and more

Hi all,

We just picked my daughter a samsung galaxy ace and she loves it. Couple of questions if anyone can help.

1) Is there a way to increase the sensitivity of the screen?

2) She set a lock on the phone and can't remember how, she wants to go back into it and either take it off or set it so it locks after a longer amount of time.

3) Voice commands. She says send text to Mum is this working and what we get is a text message with "send text to Mum is this working" in the message box and nothing in the recipient box. Is this a normal issue with voice command. I've told her she'll just have to text the old fashioned way.

thanks all.

I've moved your thread to its area of discussion. You'll able to find or get information and tips on your device. :)

the scratch guard might lose the screen sensitivity but otherwise you can't do anything about it...

if you are able to lock the phone and go to settings just go to location and security settings and change the screen lock.

voice commands are are pretty much what its there and don't expect it to work any batter then what it does..

If you can't get into the settings menu in anyway, then the only way is to do a factory reset through the recovery menu.

Ace has a very basic voice dictation software only, its not like siri to understand commands and implement them, although there are a few apps that do some of the stuff like what you have mentioned in 3rd point, but its not much good. It gets the commands wrong at times.
