Help galaxy ace voice action connection error

is there an app for voice command that doesn't require internet to work? when I use the stock voice command "connection error" is displayed even though i would only like to use the voice command to call a contact on my fone or type a message I believe this tasks doesn't require internet right?

i too have the same problem. but for me, only in message voice input only show "Connection error". other voice services are working well. how to solve message voice input error in Android 2.3.4.. please help me.. Thanks in advance...
 
Voice commands require internet on android. Sadly, I have not found an app till now that works without it.
