My samsung galaxy ace wont turn on fully , it will show the make, then the 3 sign, then the samsung but then will go on a loop between three and samsung , i dont want to reset but what should i do/

Have you recently rooted and/or installed any custom roms on your phone? Sometimes a bad side-effect of roms that are not fully completed is the issue you are describing.
I hate to say it, but you may have no choice other than a factory reset.
If you are rooted, and you have recovery installed, backup your phone first. Then after factory reset, go into backup/restore > advanced restore and restore /data to get all of your apps back.
