are you rooted? do you still have your warranty?

what you are seeing is called a bootloop, your phone is not able boot properly.

You can try to factory reset the phone through the recovery menu, it will erase all your phone data.

To open the recovery menu, hold down the home key + power button, release power button when you see the samsung logo but keep on holding the home key, release it only when you see the recovery menu.
Use the volume keys to toggle up/down, home key to click the option and the power key as a back button.

thanks man, but they already fix it.. I think they did the same + upgrading to the latest gingerbread version which is 2.3.5

Is there any way to fix the loop without factory resetting the phone?

Undo whatever caused it in the first place, but if you don't know what caused it or are unable to undo it after it goes into bootloop, there is no other way without loosing data. Sometimes even a factory reset doesn't solve it, needs the entire firmware to be flashed again, all depends on what caused it.

However it'd be wise to just keep a backup of your data handy in case the phone crashes, i use MyBackup Pro to backup all my data, i have added it on a schedule to run a complete backup every night just in case my phone dies on me, my data will remain safe in my sd card.
