I would just like to know whether my Samsung will respond to voice commands, do I need extra software for this and which is the best one that will work when I for instance tell it to phone my wife.

I live in Cape Agulhas, South Africa, am 64, retired, and not well off although I do own my own house 100m from the Ocean.
