Galaxy Effects For Android? HELPP !!

So I need an editing app that has a galaxy effect and when you add a text the galaxy effect disappears only on the text . I always ask my friends what they're called but they never tell me ! Also , I need an app where you put like a triangle , confusing but like have you guys seen the tumblr pictures where it's sorda foggy in the pic but the triangle is like not foggy ? Please help ! Thanks
