Help Galaxy Grand Prime headphones hang

Whenever I plug in the 3.5 jack audio cable into my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime phone, if freezes - I can not interact with the phone, screen freezes. But when I put out the cable, it restores right away. The funny thing is that it works perfectly with original headset, but is not working with any other usual audio cables - for example, when I am trying to plug it to AUX of my car's media system.

Has anybody encountered this error?

Open up the phone, remove battery, wait 10 seconds, reboot and try again.
