Help galaxy j2 prime - weird messages

hey

lately my bf's google account history has been showing me weird activity on my boyfriend's Galaxy J2 prime cellular that he hasn't been showing before until a month or so ago.

so first of all it started showing me activities such:
Used com.sec.knox.switcher
Used com.sec.knox.knoxsetupwizardclient

which i have no idea what do they mean since i know that knox is not coming on this device.
is it possible to download it? i've heard it isn't so i'm confused.

plus it has started showing activities such using Samsung activities (settings, calls)whatsapp, facebook, camera, claculater etc and before never showed it.

plus it used to show me what term exactly he was searching when using google chrome now it shows me only this:

same when using google maps it only shows: used google navigation and transit which before showed me what he was searching and which directions he was looking for.

please help is he hiding something from me??

i'm using his gmail sometimes to send some emails so i have access to his google account
