Galaxy J5 battery

Hey there!
I'm new to forums so I don't know where to post this.
My galaxy J5 had an amazing battery backup.It didn't drain battery when it was on standby.Yesterday I got a update from Samsung.I installed it and guess what? The battery has now started draining on standby mode.The battery is draining fast in regular use too.My phone lasted for 2 days with 1 charge but just 11 hours please help

Did you do a Wipe Cache Partition (deleting all temporary data and not touching permanent data, settings, and installed apps) after the update?

The update released in late october (Build number ending in OJx , where x is any number) had battery draing and phone lag issue. Try installing the next update released in early december. This fixed the battery drain issue.
