Galaxy J5 camera stops filming at 33 minutes

The camera on my Galaxy J5 stops filming at 33 minutes. I replaced and tested the MicroSD card thinking it was a disk error problem but now I think it's something else as this has happened on both SD cards.

From what I can see and if I'm not getting this completely wrong 33 minutes represents around 4GB. Is this something that can be changed in the settings or is this something completely different i.e. something to do with the default allocation unit size of the SD card?

Update: I think this is a simple FAT/NTFS issue i.e. FAT stops recording at 4GB.

Does anyone have any good recommendations for rooting software for this phone on Google Play? I cannot mount the SD card in NTFS format.
