Help Galaxy Light suspicious file creating itself?

Hello android friends,

Recently on my samsung galaxy light ive been seeing a file i believe is suspicious creating itself on the device storage

Just wondering if someone knows if this is suspect or if it isnt a normal file ?

Well, I'm no expert by no means, but it looks to be the settings you made for your keyboard, and it just saves them as that kind of file on your memory.
Someone else who is alot smarter than I may be able to shed more light on it
