Galaxy Neo NO MEMORY

Hi, i just got a my 16gb Galaxy Neo but the system says it only has 4gb IN TOTAL.

I've removed the battery and checked the specs and confirmed that it is a 16gb model. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi. Which Neo is it? Grand Neo, S5 Neo, S6 Neo.
Where did you buy it from?
It's a quite old device to choose at any price now.

Best to run a good hardware spec app from the Play Store, or those such as CPU - Z or Antutu (2 apps).

Hi there,
It is a S5 Neo
I bought it used from Amazon to replace my other S5 Neo that recently died. It is the exact same phone, but this one is saying I've used up 3.9gb out of 4gb

Run the CPU - Z app anyway, it's very quick, and look at the second tab : "Device".

We can start from there, and if that shows it's fine we can look at the Storage issues.
