Galaxy nexus or galaxy s2 ?

okay so 3 days ago,my galaxy s2(I9100G) was stolen from me I made a police report but anyways,if I couldn't get it back I will get a new one.I'm thinking about trying the gnex but there are 2 things stopping me.
1-The camera(not as good as s2's camera as of what I heard)
2-Lack of sd card slot

Well I can sacrifice the sd card slot if gnex is worth it but not the camera since I don't like carrying a camera everywhere,I need a good one.And I don't really care much about it being stock android since I use AOSP ROMs anyways(I9100G already got an experimental cyanogenmod 10 build) but cyanogenmod 11 may not be stable enough...Also the gnex's HD screen is a plus...so what do you think ?

In my research about the nexus, the camera not being as good as some other phones is one thing that was mentioned more than once. For me I am moving up from an optimus v which doesn't have a great camera so I think I'll be happy enough with it. I also have photoshop. I would think you'd prefer the S2. I don't have either one (yet).

You know yourself already what the s2 is a cracking phone, so much so, would you not consider the s3?

Maybe you are better to check out the root forum for the nexus, and check out google videos to see if you would prefer it?

I'm considering the nexus for the OS upgrades, but the s4, it's still on my mind...I'm lucky though,I have a year to think about it! Lol

I was very happy with my s2,even tho it was the I9100G variant and didn't have many ROMs/Kernels...I started to think about gnex because of the HD screen and of course,the fast updates and long term developers support...only thing making me a bit worried from getting it is the camera...I might consider the s3 too,depending on how much my dad is willing to pay(I'm still 16yrs old and I need to work for at least 4 years to get a 600$+ phone LOL)...damn I wish I never bought the s2,my dad would have got me the s3 without minding at all since it's now the same price as the s2 when I bought it...I might also consider an s3 with no warranty.

Edit:just something came into my mind,might sound silly...is it possible to use s2's warranty with s3 ?
