Galaxy Nexus vs EVO 3D

I currently have a Transform Ultra, and I've casually been browsing Craigslist. I came across a Galaxy Nexus, with a bad ESN and has never been used. It scares the crap out of me though, because it makes it look stolen. I offered 75 and he said his lowest was 150. I also came across an EVO 3D (no charger) with a replaced touch screen for 100. Any advice on what to offer for the EVO or see if that Galaxy Nexus is stolen or not? Or if its worth the risk?

Hello and welcome to Android Forums, xaphiddy. :)

If you're afraid it's stolen than I think it's not worth the risk myself. The EVO on the other hand is a nice device and you could look elsewhere for a Nexus if you prefer that device. :)

I agree, but my contract is up in a year and I'm afraid the EVO will be obsolete by then, like my current phone is already becoming. Should it still be a pretty decent phone in a year?

I'd say it's a pretty decent device, but am not really sure if it will be in a year.
My Inspire which is fine doesn't have ICS, but only the latest version of GB.
You could try looking for another Gnex or try for the S3 if you have the money for it.

The Galaxy Nexus was sold this afternoon, but a found a Nexus 4G for 120 this morning. How does that compare to the evo?
