Hello I have had several Android phones, but this is my first Samsung, anyways I could always download music ota before with other phones and go to downloads when it was through, hit extract and it would move my music to the music file. On my new galaxy note when it gets through downloading, I click on the download app, see the album there and click on it and it says cant open file.i have downloaded a ton of music from this place before, can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong on the galaxy note 2?
