Galaxy Note 3 related issue

Hi there,
My Galaxy Note 3(international version-Exynos chip set) shuts down on its own from time to time. The phone is in its original state and not rooted. Even though I could restart the phone by removing and reaffixing the battery, need your expert advise to overcome this issue once and for all.
