Help Galaxy Note 4 S Pen Handwriting recognition: Having trouble inputting punctuation

Does anyone know how to input commas, periods (full stops), question marks, etc. with the S Pen in handwriting recognition mode? It's not recognizing my inputs. Tks!

. . . OK, I just figured it out. You need to do double taps. First a very light/quick tap, then a second tap to indicate the type of punctuation mark. It would be nice if Samsung can highlight this in the literature
