Galaxy On5 Heats up unexpectedly...

Hey, EverythingAndroidPro again:
So, I got the Galaxy On5. I treated it well, then i plugged it in after a long day of testing. It heated up and i saw smoke coming from the top. I didn't know what it was, so i quickly unplugged it and put it in my sink and drowned it in water. After 12 hours of it sitting in rice, it booted up by itself. I checked it, and it still worked. I took it apart and replaced some parts to see if they were the problem. The next time I plugged it in, it did the same thing. I am not sure what this is. Can u guys help me?

The On5 has a user-removable battery. Pull the battery and bag everything up and drop it off to be sent to a recycler. Seriously, If it self-ignites it will be a real hazard. Hope this wasn't your primary, day to day phone.
