Unfortunately this site will never be as organized as it could be, but I don't blame the site. I blame the members who don't read before they post thus making numerous threads of the same questions over & over.

I've been a top contributor to the Samsung site and while it is good, when it comes to support q&a from owners, our forums are far better in terms of details, accuracy, breadth and timeliness of information.
