Galaxy S/S2 Lagging Problem

Why has Samsung NOT come up with a patch to stop lagging, it's been going on for sometime now
I've had more problems with the Galaxy S than I did when I owned a Apple Iphone 3G

Samsungs mobile department makes dozens of phones which results in their inability to properly test and support them all. Apples mobile department makes only one phone so they can properly support it.
