Galaxy S to Leave Super-AMOLED display Now :(

I heard that it might be a SAMOLED+ screen or some kind of LCD screen. It is said either way there will be improvement on screen.
I think they are just rumours.

NO man.
S AMOLED Plus is coming on the next Galaxy s2. I think, due to AMOLED PANELS SHORTAGE THEY HAVE DIVERTED ALL THE AMOLED PRODUCTION TO S2 LEAVING BEHIND THE S WITH LCD. AND ITS OFFICIAL NOW.
Anyways, SLCD is not bad.

I always love it when a post I read is accurate.

I first heard a 'snippet' of info on this just before the CES show. The remark from my Samsung source was "look after your i9000's screen, should you break it you may not be able to replace it at a later date with the same property".

Dang. I was hoping that they will replace it with a SAMOLED+ instead. :D
 
so what you are saying is a Galaxy S with S AMOLED screen will have greater resale value? Wonderful news!
