Galaxy S2 SD Card

I figured out, with help, how to load the Apple Address book onto the Galaxy S2 SD Card. I see it there under Apps>My Files>/sdcard as Address Book 2012-03-1.

How can I import that into the Galaxy Contacts?

Figured it out...I needed to export the contacts from Mac Address book as a vCard to the external SD Card mounted in the Galaxy. I'm happy with the Galaxy but do wish it played nicer with the Mac as I need/want both.
