As soon as we updated my wife's phone to the new 4.3 update, we noticed something quite annoying: Whenever she receives a call now, the phone's Flash goes off, corresponding to the Vibrate pattern (noticed when the phone was on Silent, of course.) and nothing we seem to try turns it off. There's no appropriate option in the settings (including the developer settings) and even turning off the LED did not help. Has anyone else had a similar problem, or has any idea how to fix this? Thank you.
