Galaxy S3 4G LTE from Korea Original?

I'm thinking of buying a 2nd hand Samsung SIII since it already has a low price and I'm in need of a new phone already. I saw this ad on sulit.com.ph saying this:

Galaxy S3 4G LTE
All my selling unit is 100% original and authentic Samsung Korea.
1.4Ghz Quad-core, 16GB ~32GB storage, 2GB RAM, 4.8inch super AMOLED.
Android Jellybean 4.12,
GSM, 3G, 4G LTE Network. Open line all networks
brand new condition 98%~99.9% Smooth
Please compare local (Philippines) Galaxy S3(GT-i9300).
Local(GT-i9300) S3 is only GSM,3G network and 1GB RAM only.
But this is included 4G LTE and 2GB RAM.

Is this original? Does Samsung really have that feature?

They look like the specs for the S3 just be mindful of the bands the phone supports, or you may not get the service that works best for you.
