Help Galaxy S3 ability to sync to Outlook Mail?

Hi Everyone,

I have looked all over this site and I am unable to find a thread relating to this matter. I have read threads on syncing contacts and calanders but none of them mention how to sync all mail items from outlook (folders that you have created on PC) to phone. Rather than just have them appear in the list on the Samsung Galaxy S3 "mail" app with no way to organise them.

I am in despereate need to find out if this even possible?

PLEASE HELP ANYONE! Thanks in advance.

I think the only way it works is to use a Microsoft Exchange server.
