Help Galaxy S3 bluetooth problem

My new galaxy Slll bluetooth hands free does not work in my work vehicle. I can hear the caller but they cant hear me. Bluetooth audio works fine. My wife's phone bluetooth works fine in my work vehicle. My GSlll bluetooth hands free works fine in my private car.
Have been through all the settings of both car system and phone several times, tried re-booting still no luck.
Any ideas?.... Anyone?....

I bought my GSIII on saturday and connected it to my renault carimat carkit. Both me and the other person can hear eachother, but the phone keeps connecting and disconnecting. I also have a problem to consult my phone's contact list. I hope to be able to resolve these issues.

I am having the same issue.. Toyota have upgraded my firmware and still the same problem.. Samsung have been rude and unhelpful.. telling me it is the car's issue! I just wish they would tell people of issues before selling the dam things.

Any got any ideas??

1) I can hear, but my responder is hearing only echo of his voice.
2) Or (after "deauthorising, and authorising again" my S3 phone to car's system) - telephone get's crazy, and is breaking EVERY telephone connection (not only through car system) after 1 minute.
3) Or - no one hear other's voice
Seems, that all this is related to BT of my phone. No other phone is experiencing this kind of weird behaviour

What model and year is your Toyota?

Apparantly the current lot of Toyotas are fine, but if you have a year or so old car, you're basically on your own. I have a 2009 Kluger and mine is doing exactly what anti apple's is doing. Toyota have suggested I buy a new radio.... The problem seems to be the radio made by Fujistu. Fujitsu has been notified of the problem and may come up with a patch, but if or when is anybody's guess.

I have the same issue with my Car, a Volvo V50, brand new car. The phone connects and loses connection. My wife’s IPhone works fine, witch is too bad. Probably because of the car isn’t compatible with BT 4.0. Any ideas to make the phone work better?

It seems like a lot of the problems are occurring on Australian Toyota models.

I'm having a similar issue as krupiczek. Everything works fine for me except the person I'm calling hears an echo. After some investigation I noticed that if you cover up the microphone on the phone the echo goes away. This means that when the phone does a hands free call it leaves on the handset microphone.

Is there a way to fix this problem so the mic isn't on during a hands free call?

Just a thought, did you remove the car from the phone's memory, then re-sync it? A lot of times, this will fix random Bluetooth issues.

I've had the exact thing happen with my Galaxy S3 but I wasn't using the Bluetooth/Sync feature in my F150.

After the first software update a few days ago I had to have my phone reset to factory default setting before the Sync system in my truck would recognize my contact list. Even after that I had to reboot the F150 Sync system to the default factory settings as well.

I've already had more glitches with the S3 than all of the issue I had with my Mesmerize.
